So glad you asked! I’ve been doing this whole brand + web design thing since 2009, and over the years I’ve developed a super streamlined process that walks you through each and every step so you’re never left wondering what comes next. Each project and phase is tailored to each client, but it typically goes like this: discovery + exploration, design, refinement, approval, delivery.

For both brand and web phases we start with a questionnaire to help dig deeper into your business, gather all the important details, and start to get a grasp on what you’re looking for. You’ll be asked for things like where your business name came from, who your target audience is, what your mission statement is, your service/product descriptions, design inspiration, etc. For the web phase specifically, while I help with all the planning and strategy for your site, you’re responsible for providing all the actual content (that means your business plan, photos, bios, process, and all the final copywriting for your site).

Unfortunately at this time for custom design it’s all or nothing. The all-in-one package is the best fit for Six Leaf Design and our clients, but once you become a client you’ve got a partner for life! After we’ve worked through the process I’m happy to offer brand support services so your visuals + website can keep evolving along with your business.
